Kwartler Manus is seeking an Intake Specialist to join our Philadelphia-based personal injury team. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, handling calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and compassion.

The role emphasizes data collection, case intake, scheduling, and coordination with attorneys, ensuring confidentiality and accurate documentation in our case management system.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, or intake coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a strong plus.
• Experience in a law firm, particularly in personal injury, is advantageous.
• High school diploma required; associate/bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary contact for potential clients via phone, email, and in-person consultations.
• Gather and document critical information about potential cases.
• Educate clients about the firm’s services and processes.
• Input client information into the case management system with confidentiality.
• Schedule appointments with attorneys or legal staff.
• Follow up with potential clients to gather additional information.
• Coordinate with attorneys and staff for smooth handoffs of information.
• Maintain client confidentiality and data protection compliance.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the intake process.
