You will respond to calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, gather essential case information, and guide clients through the intake process with a professional and compassionate approach. The role emphasizes accuracy in data entry, coordinating with attorneys, and maintaining confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service, sales, or intake coordination experience preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• English fluency; Spanish is a strong plus.
• Outstanding organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Prior experience in a law firm, especially in personal injury, is advantageous.
• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary intake contact via phone, email, and in-person consultations.
• Gather and document information to assess case viability.
• Input client data into the case management system with confidentiality.
• Schedule appointments for potential clients with attorneys or legal staff.
• Follow up with potential clients to collect further information.
