Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in legal intake, personal injury, a law firm, call center, or customer service preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent phone presence and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Comfortable learning and using CRM/case management software.
• Must be able to work in person in Haddonfield, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from prospective personal injury clients.
• Conduct initial client screenings and gather relevant case information.
• Identify potential leads and determine whether matters meet intake criteria.
