Rafi, Brown, and Stokes is a tight-knit personal injury law firm in Atlanta, GA seeking a Personal Injury Case Manager. You will coordinate cases from intake to pre-litigation, gather information, communicate with clients and insurance, draft demands, and help manage medical records and schedules.

The role emphasizes empathy, organization, and independence, with a culture that values client advocacy and collaboration. Spanish speakers are considered an advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of law firm work experience as a paralegal, case manager, or similar staff role.
• Associate degree (preferably in paralegal studies), a paralegal certificate, or a bachelor's degree.
• Spanish speakers are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of cases from initial client contact to pre-litigation.
• Gather and analyze intake information and relevant documents.
• Maintain contact with insurance companies and investigate crashes/crimes.
• Draft documents to help clients' case and provide updates.
• Draft settlement demands and close files upon completion.
• Assist in answering phones and support client communications.
• Document communications in the internal case management system.
• Coordinate medical treatment for clients when needed.
• Gather initial information from clients and organize records.
• Request and organize medical records, bills, and police reports.
• Post and update new cases promptly in systems.
• Prepare letters to insurance companies and verify coverage.
• Manage data entry for new cases and related tasks.
• Set calendar deadlines and appointments.
• Interview witnesses and negotiate reductions on balances.
• Close out files after resolution.
