Job summary

Morgan & Morgan is seeking a Case Manager to join our office. You will support attorneys by developing settlements, preparing documents, and maintaining organized case files on a fast-paced team.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree (preferred), strong writing and communication skills, and experience in personal injury or insurance claims. This is an on-site role with no remote or hybrid options, offering full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong writing and communication skills required.
• Experience in personal injury or insurance claims is strongly preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Daily interaction with clients via telephone and in person.
• Order medical records and communicate with clients/providers.
• Obtain documents to support injury/liability positions.
• Interact with insurance carriers and healthcare providers.
• Maintain organized case files and prepare comprehensive demands.
