Confidential is a well-established personal injury law firm in Woodland Hills, CA. We are seeking a driven Personal Injury Case Manager to advocate for clients through every stage of their claims in a fast-paced environment.

In this role you will manage a caseload from intake to resolution, coordinate medical records, communicate with clients and insurance adjusters, and support attorneys with demand letters and case summaries. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in personal injury case management or a related legal role.
• Familiarity with personal injury litigation processes, medical terminology, and insurance claims.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Filevine or Clio and similar case management software.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment.

• Liaise between attorneys, clients, and third-party vendors to ensure case progression
