Lagstein Law Firm in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a driven Senior Personal Injury Case Manager to join our dynamic legal team. You will lead a high-volume caseload through intake to resolution and advocate for clients at every stage of their claims.

Bring 5+ years of plaintiff-side PI case management, strong knowledge of litigation processes, and proficiency with Filevine or Clio. This role values empathy, organization, bilingual English/Spanish, and clear communication to coordinate with clients,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of personal injury case management experience at a plaintiff's firm.
• Strong knowledge of personal injury litigation, medical terminology, and insurance claims.
• Experience with legal case management software (e.g., Filevine, Clio, or similar).
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Demonstrated empathy and professionalism when working with injured clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume caseload of personal injury files from intake through resolution

• Gather and organize medical records, bills, police reports, and supporting documentation
• Monitor client medical treatment and follow up to ensure proper care and documentation

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and compassionate support throughout the process
