Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Minimum of 1 year of personal injury experience as a Case Manager or Insurance Adjuster.
• Experience handling pre-litigation personal injury cases.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing pre-litigation personal injury cases from intake through resolution while providing exceptional client service in both English and Spanish.
