Job summary

Collins Law, LLC is seeking an organized, compassionate Closing Case Manager to guide personal injury cases through settlement and closing. You will coordinate with clients, attorneys, adjusters, medical providers, and lienholders to finalize settlements, resolve balances, and ensure accurate disbursement.

You will review settlement documents, verify expenses and liens, discuss offers with clients, and keep files complete before closing.

Qualifications

• Experience in roles with direct interaction with clients or customers.
• Strong communication, listening, and written skills for clear updates.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned personal injury cases through closing, disbursement, and final closure with timely documentation.
• Maintain regular client contact and coordinate with Attorneys and insurance adjusters.
• Prepare and review settlement statements, verify expenses, liens, and deductions; coordinate reductions with providers.
• Meet with clients to review paperwork, obtain signatures, and explain final settlements and disbursement.
• Communicate with insurers, medical providers, lienholders, and others to resolve issues; keep accurate case notes.
• Collaborate with Attorneys and team to resolve issues and move cases toward closure.
