Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license and admission to the Colorado Bar.
• 2-6 years of legal experience in personal injury, insurance claims, or civil litigation.
• Strong knowledge of tort law, civil procedure, and litigation practices.
• Excellent negotiation, research, writing, and advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution.
• Handle pre-litigation matters, civil litigation, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
• Develop case strategies, evaluate claims, and assess liability and damages.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other documents.
• Communicate with clients, insurance companies, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare cases for depositions, mediation, hearings, and trial.
• Collaborate with attorneys and colleagues on case strategy and best practices.
• Maintain compliance with laws, court rules, and professional standards.
