You will manage cases through discovery, motions, and settlement discussions, draft pleadings and settlement agreements, and assist with depositions and trial preparation. Qualifications

• Active admission to the New York State Bar.
• 12 years of experience handling plaintiff-side personal injury matters.
• Knowledge of personal injury litigation procedures, case management, and settlement processes.
• Strong legal writing, research, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage plaintiff-side personal injury cases through various stages of litigation, including discovery, motions, and settlement negotiations.
• Draft pleadings, motions, legal briefs, settlement agreements, and other litigation documents.
• Assist with depositions, hearings, court appearances, negotiations, and trial preparation.
• Conduct legal research, analyze applicable laws, and develop effective case strategies.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to advance cases and achieve favorable outcomes for injured clients.
