Job summary

Synectics Inc. is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join our litigation team in Nevada. You will manage an independent caseload across personal injury, civil litigation, and criminal law, gaining broad courtroom exposure in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities include researching, drafting pleadings, attending hearings, and trial preparation, with opportunities for professional growth as you handle cases from intake to resolution.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school with an active state bar license.
• 2+ years of litigation experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of personal injury, civil litigation, and/or criminal law.
• Excellent legal research skills using Westlaw or similar platforms and exceptional legal writing ability.
• Strong organizational, case management, and discovery experience; trial, deposition, and dispositive motion experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and written discovery.
• Manage an independent caseload from intake through resolution with supervision.
• Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and other court appearances.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and internal staff.
• Assist with trial preparation, trial proceedings, discovery, and overall case management.
