We are seeking a Personal Injury Attorney who is passionate about advocating for clients and committed to delivering justice through smart legal strategy, technology, and compassion. You’ll play a key role in supporting our law firm partners and clients by managing personal injury claims from intake through resolution.

• Collaborate on case escalations providing legal expertise and strategic solutions

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the United States
• Experience across multiple states or subject matter expertise in multi-jurisdictional cases is highly valued
• 5+ years of experience in personal injury litigation (preferred)
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and litigation skills
• Strategic thinker with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
• Trial experience is a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Compensation and Benefits

This role will receive a competitive salary, benefits, and variable compensation. The salary for U.S.-based employees in this role will be within the range listed below. Compensation is determined by various factors, including experience, location, and performance. This position is also eligible for variable compensation based on individual and company performance.
