Qualifications

Our client is seeking a dedicated and driven Personal Injury Attorney to join its growing plaintiff-side practice.

This role offers the opportunity to advocate for injured clients while handling meaningful, high-impact cases from intake through resolution.

The ideal candidate is client-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing personal injury matters independently while collaborating closely with a supportive legal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial client consultations and evaluate potential personal injury claims.


• Analyze liability, damages, and insurance coverage issues.


• Maintain responsibility for cases from intake through settlement, arbitration, or trial.


• Communicate regularly with clients, providing clear updates and guidance throughout the case lifecycle.


• Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and discovery responses.


• Prepare settlement demands and supporting documentation.


• Negotiate with insurance adjusters and defense counsel to secure favorable outcomes.


• Handle depositions, mediations, and court appearances.


• Assist with trial preparation, including witness preparation and exhibit review.


• Manage deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules and procedural requirements.


• Work closely with paralegals and legal assistants to ensure efficient case progression.


• Coordinate with firm leadership on case strategy and settlement authority.


• Contribute to ongoing improvements in case management processes and client service standards.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.


• Active bar admission in Massachusetts.


• Experience handling personal injury matters preferred, though strong litigation or civil experience will be considered.


• Strong legal research, writing, and drafting skills.


• Excellent negotiation and advocacy abilities.


• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining attention to detail.


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
