Our client, a prominent national plaintiff’s law firm, seeks an experienced litigation associate to join its growing team in Boston. The firm offers highly competitive compensation and benefits, starting at 100k+ and up depending on experience. This position is on-site in Boston.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in a personal injury practice, with strong writing and research skills, and experience in trial preparation preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a personal injury practice (plaintiff or defense).
• Strong writing and research skills demonstrated in prior work.
• Experience preparing for and participating in trials is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a docket of litigation matters from filing through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and legal memoranda.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
• Take and defend depositions, including fact witnesses and experts.
• Attend hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to drive case development.
