EverStaff, LLC is seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Attorney to join its plaintiff-side practice in Massachusetts. You will advocate for injured clients on meaningful cases from intake through resolution, with autonomy and strong team collaboration.

The ideal candidate is client-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing personal injury matters while coordinating with a supportive legal team to deliver thorough case preparation and results-driven advocacy.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active Massachusetts bar admission.
• Experience handling personal injury matters preferred, strong litigation/civil experience accepted.
• Strong legal research, writing, and drafting skills.
• Excellent negotiation and advocacy abilities.

Responsabilités

• Conduct initial client consultations and evaluate potential personal injury claims.
• Analyze liability, damages, and insurance coverage issues.
• Manage cases from intake through settlement, arbitration, or trial.
• Communicate regularly with clients with clear updates and guidance.
