Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction; in good standing.
• 0–3 years of practical personal injury experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a docket of personal injury matters from intake through resolution.
• Draft demand letters, pleadings, discovery requests/responses, and motions.
• Negotiate settlements with insurers or opposing counsel.
• Conduct factual investigations and gather medical records, police reports, witness statements.
• Support depositions and trial preparation as needed.
