Qualifications

• Active membership in NC and SC Bar Associations is required.
• Two or more years of personal injury pre-litigation or litigation experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and grow with nationally recognized attorneys.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.
• Proficiency in writing, research, negotiation, and public speaking is required.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are required.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills are required.
• Experience with SmartAdvocate software is a plus.
• Passion for advocating clients with a positive attitude is required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze evidence including medical records and investigative findings, interview clients and witnesses, consult field experts, and research statutes and case law.
• Prepare legal documents such as briefs, motions, pleadings, and other correspondence.
• Collaborate with Senior Attorneys to determine case strategies and solutions to serve client's needs after thorough analysis and review of plaintiff and defense positions.
• Resolve cases to achieve the best possible outcome for the client through mediation, arbitration, and trial.
• Participate in marketing initiatives such as podcasts, blogs, and ad campaigns.
