Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a licensed attorney in Myrtle Beach, SC with a passion for personal injury law to join the legal team. The candidate should be an active member of both the NC and SC Bar Associations and demonstrate a strong commitment to client advocacy.

The role includes analyzing evidence, interviewing clients and witnesses, researching statutes, and collaborating with senior attorneys to shape case strategy.

Qualifications

• Active member of NC and SC Bar Associations.
• JD degree required.
• 2+ years of personal injury experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Strong writing, research, negotiation and public speaking skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze evidence, including medical records and investigative findings.
• Interview clients and witnesses, and consult field experts.
• Research statutes and case law to prepare legal documents.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to determine case strategies.
• Resolve cases through mediation, arbitration, and trial.
• Participate in marketing initiatives such as podcasts and blogs.
