Speaks Law Firm in Myrtle Beach, SC, seeks a Licensed Attorney (NC and SC) with a passion for personal injury to join our legal team. This is a full-time salary-exempt position with base salary plus commission based on experience.

Qualifications

• Active membership in NC and SC Bar Associations is required.
• Two or more years of personal injury pre-litigation or litigation experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and grow with nationally recognized attorneys.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.
• Proficiency in writing, research, negotiation, and public speaking is required.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are required.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills are required.
• Experience with SmartAdvocate software is a plus.
• Passion for advocating clients with a positive attitude is required.

Compensation

This is a full-time salary exempt position. Annual base salary plus commission depends on experience.
