This is a full-time salary-exempt position. Annual base salary plus commission depends on experience. You will collaborate with seasoned lawyers to advance client goals and develop case strategies, with opportunities for professional growth and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Active member of NC Bar Association and SC Bar Association required.
• Two or more years of experience in personal injury pre-litigation or litigation preferred.
• Willingness to learn and grow with our nationally recognized attorneys.
• Bilingual English and Spanish a plus.
• Proficiency in writing, research, negotiation, and public speaking.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
• Experience with SmartAdvocate software a plus.
• Passion for advocating for clients and maintaining a positive attitude.

Compensation
