Marcari Russotto Spencer & Balaban, P.C. in Charlotte, NC seeks an Associate Attorney to join our fast-paced personal injury team.

You will handle client communications, draft and review negotiation packages, supervise paralegals and staff, and contribute to case strategy. Ideal candidates have NC bar admission, active bar status, 1–5 years of Plaintiff personal injury experience, and the ability to manage large caseloads and travel for court appearances.

Qualifications

• Must be admitted and licensed to practice law in NC.
• Active member in good standing with the NC State Bar.
• At least 1–5 years’ prior law firm experience handling Plaintiff personal injury matters.
• Ability to handle large caseload and supervise dedicated paralegals and support team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client communication and manage client expectations.
• Draft and review negotiation packages and settlements.
• Supervise paralegals and support staff on casework.
• Some court appearances and travel may be necessary.
