Overview

This is a full-time Personal Chef position with Tiny Spoon Chef (TSC). The role is primarily scheduled Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., visiting 8–10 clients per week for weekly shopping and meal preparation. The role also involves hosting intimate events, teaching cooking classes, and coordinating corporate team-building/cooking workshops.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients for weekly shopping and meal preparation (8–10 clients per week).
• Clean up after client visits and maintain a high standard of service.
• Host intimate events and teach cooking classes.
• Coordinate corporate team-building and cooking workshops.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: $25–$28 per hour.
• Sign-on bonus of $1,000 after 90 days.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum four years of line experience (as applicable).
• ServSafe Manager certification and state-specific Allergen knowledge.
• A reliable vehicle.
• A sense of urgency, strong people skills, and attention to detail.
• Background check required; E-Verify used to confirm identity and eligibility.
• Experience with computer/email/Google Workspace/social media preferred.
• A cover letter is highly encouraged.
• Travel may be required during training (TSC compensates for travel).
