Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of documented experience working with a frail or elderly population or, if less than one year of experience, must receive training from the PACE organization upon hiring.
• Preferred experience in long-term care or geriatric programs.

Position Purpose:

This role impacts participants lives by providing essential personal care services and health support.

Position Details:

What you will do:

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one (1) year of documented experience working with a frail or elderly population or if less than one (1) year of experience, must receive appropriate training from the PACE organization upon hiring.
• Preferred experience in long-term care or geriatric programs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license, insurance and use of personal vehicle for home care assignments.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to change.
• Some travel within the region may be required.
