Job summary

AltaMed in Monterey Park, CA is seeking a hands-on Personal Care Service Manager to lead the supervision of PCA II & III across PACE centers and ACS. You will standardize daily operations, ensure high-quality home and center care, and guide clinical support, nutritional services, transportation, and day center activities.

You will collaborate with nursing, social work, therapy, and other disciplines, review workflows, train staff, and drive patient satisfaction and service efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent health care experience.
• Unrestricted active license if clinical degree.
• Minimum 5 years of healthcare experience.
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisor/management role in healthcare.
• Experience coordinating with nursing, social work, psychology, recreation, therapy, dietetics and gerontology.
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Chinese Mandarin/Cantonese preferred.
• Valid BLS certification per AHA/Red Cross guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day supervision of PCA II/III across PACE centers and ACS.
• Collaborate with nursing, social work, psychology, recreation, and therapy teams to ensure high-quality care.
• Standardize workflows and provide training to staff; monitor performance and patient satisfaction.
• Coordinate handoffs and problem resolution with center managers/directors and corporate leadership.
