AltaMed Health Services Corp. seeks a Personal Care Service Manager to oversee PCA II & III operations across PACE centers and ACS, standardizing supervision and improving day-to-day workflows.

The role collaborates with nursing and other disciplines to ensure high-quality, efficient care in both center and home care settings. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 5+ years healthcare experience, 3+ years in a supervisory role, and preferred bilingual abilities in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in health field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of healthcare experience.
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisor/management role.
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Chinese Mandarin/Chinese Cantonese preferred.
• Valid BLS certification or higher per AHA/Red Cross guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision for PCA II & III across PACE centers and ACS.
• Standardize day-to-day PCA operations and staffing processes.
