Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct management of branch staff including recruiting, hiring, staff development and discipline.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement and develop/implement plans.
• Support day-to-day management of office staff: recruiting, scheduling, payroll and compliance.
• Partner with Director to communicate procedural changes and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with area and regional leadership to maintain regional operational consistency.
