CLF Consultants LLC, doing business as CLFC Healthcare and Communications, seeks a Personal Care Attendant (PCA) for on-site assignments in and around Natchez, Mississippi. The role is paid hourly on a W-2 basis with shifts that may include weekends and holidays.

Compensation ranges from $10.75 to $12.50 per hour, based on experience, credentials, and shift availability. Hazard differentials and weekend pay are provided where applicable.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience as a Personal Care Attendant.
• Ability to complete training course and skills assessment required by the assigned facility.
• Physically and mentally able to perform required tasks, including lifting, transferring, and assisting residents.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents in all areas of physical care and hygiene.
• Support residents with daily living activities, mobility, transfers, and repositioning.
• Work independently without constant supervision while following facility protocol.
• Communicate effectively, assertively, and cooperatively with residents, families, and facility staff.
• Report changes in resident condition promptly to facility nursing staff.

CLF Consultants LLC, doing business as CLFC Healthcare and Communications, is expanding its Mississippi clinical roster to support on-site assignments at State of Mississippi agency healthcare facilities in and around Natchez.

Compensation

• $10.75 - $12.50 per hour, determined by experience, credentials, and shift availability.
• The top of the posted range is available to candidates who bring stronger experience, additional credentials, or availability for hard to fill shifts. Tell us what you bring and we will place you in the range accordingly.
• Weekend, holiday, and hazard differentials are paid above the base hourly rate when those shifts are worked.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents in all areas of physical care and hygiene.
• Support residents with daily living activities, mobility, transfers, and repositioning.
• Work independently without constant supervision while following facility protocol.
• Communicate effectively, assertively, and cooperatively with residents, families, and facility staff.

Required Qualifications

• Eighteen years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid state issued identification and access to reliable transportation.
• Six months of experience as a Personal Care Attendant.
• Ability to complete any training course and skills assessment required by the assigned facility.
• Physically and mentally able to perform required tasks, including lifting, transferring, and assisting residents.

Strongly Preferred

• Experience supporting older adults, individuals with developmental disabilities, or behavioral health populations.
• Certified Nursing Assistant certification or progress toward it.
• Prior agency, per diem, or contract experience.
• Availability for weekend, holiday, or short notice coverage.
