The Personal Care Attendant (PCA) role in Greenville, MS offers hourly pay between $10.75 and $12.50 based on experience, credentials, and shift availability. This is a W-2, assignment-based position with possible weekend/holiday differentials.

Qualifikationen

• Eighteen years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid state issued identification and access to reliable transportation.
• Six months of experience as a Personal Care Attendant.
• Ability to complete any training course and skills assessment required by the assigned facility.
• Physically and mentally able to perform required tasks, including lifting, transferring, and assisting residents.

Aufgaben

• Assist residents in all areas of physical care and hygiene.
• Support residents with daily living activities, mobility, transfers, and repositioning.
• Work independently without constant supervision while following facility protocol.
• Communicate effectively, assertively, and cooperatively with residents, families, and facility staff.
• Report changes in resident condition promptly to facility nursing staff.
