CLF Consultants LLC, doing business as CLFC Healthcare and Communications, is expanding its Mississippi clinical roster to support on-site assignments at State of Mississippi agency healthcare facilities in and around Greenville.

A Certified Nursing Assistant role is available in Greenville, MS with hourly pay ranging from $13.75 to $16.50, depending on experience and credentials. This is an assignment-based, W-2 position with shifts that may include weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active listing on the Mississippi Nurse Aide Registry.
• Six months CNA experience in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Vaccines required by facilities (influenza, COVID-19).
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents and patients with physical care and hygiene.
• Engage in activities with patients and residents.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and repositioning per facility protocol.
• Perform housekeeping duties in resident care areas.
• Report changes in patient condition to supervising nurse promptly.

Compensation

• $13.75 - $16.50 per hour, determined by experience, credentials, and shift availability.
• The top of the posted range is available to candidates who bring stronger experience, additional credentials, or availability for hard to fill shifts. Tell us what you bring and we will place you in the range accordingly.
• Weekend, holiday, and hazard differentials are paid above the base hourly rate when those shifts are worked.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents and patients in all areas of physical care and hygiene.
• Participate in activities with patients and residents.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning consistent with facility protocol.
• Perform housekeeping duties associated with resident care areas.
• Report changes in patient condition promptly to the supervising nurse.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Active listing in good standing on the Mississippi Nurse Aide Registry.
• Six months of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and repositioning patients.
• Current on vaccines required by the assigned facility, including influenza and COVID-19.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.

Strongly Preferred

• Experience in long term care, developmental disability, or behavioral health settings.
• Restorative care, dementia care, or behavioral support experience.
• Prior agency, per diem, or contract CNA experience.
• Availability for weekend, holiday, night, or short notice coverage.
