Job summary

Circle of Life Hospice is seeking caregivers in Bentonville, Arkansas. The role offers starting pay of $16.50/hour with a weekend differential for working late hours and weekends, plus flexible PRN scheduling and the chance to choose assignments and coverage areas that fit your needs.

Employees may receive annual increases based on performance, fuel and drive time reimbursement, education assistance up to $2,500 annually, and support for PCA/CNA certifications.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience preferred.
• Must have valid and current driver's license or the ability to access reliable transportation.
• Able to meet pre-employment screening criteria.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Companionship and sitting.
• Assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming and other ADLs.
• Transportation to appointments.
• Errand running and transportation to events.
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping assistance
• Recreational activities such as crafting or letter writing.
• Medication reminders.
• Other duties as assigned.
