ExpertCare is seeking reliable Personal Care Assistants to provide one-on-one support to recipients in their homes in Southeast Michigan. You will help with daily activities, encourage skill-building, and accompany clients on community outings to grow personal goals.

We value compassion, strong communication, and the ability to follow care plans. Training is provided, and the role offers a supportive team environment and ongoing opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• > Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• > Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• > Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• > Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• > Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• > Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• > Must be 18 years or older.

Responsabilités

ExpertCare is looking for reliable, compassionate, and helpful Personal Care Assistants to work 1:1 with our Recipients. You will be working in our clients homes while supporting, encouraging and helping with skill building activities. You will also be bringing them into the community to help grow and strengthen their personal goals outside of their home environment. ExpertCare services Community of Mental Health Recipients in Southeast Michigan. Full and part time positions are available!
