Job summary

ExpertCare in Southeast Michigan is seeking reliable, compassionate caregivers to provide 1:1 in-home support. You will work with recipients to encourage independence and skill-building while respecting their routines and goals.

Full-time and part-time positions are available. Benefits include paid training, flexible schedules, weekly pay, a virtual interview process, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with recipients in clients' homes to support and assist.

You will be working in our clients homes while supporting, encouraging and helping with skill building activities. You will also be bringing them into the community to help grow and strengthen their personal goals outside of their home environment.
