Job summary

Touching Hearts at Home is seeking compassionate caregivers and CNAs to support seniors and adults with disabilities in their homes around the Charlotte metro area. Positions available include both full-time and part-time roles with flexible scheduling and reliable hours.

Ideal candidates bring patience, compassion, and a commitment to helping clients maintain independence while families gain peace of mind. Training is provided and growth opportunities exist within a growing agency.

Qualifications

• CNA license or prior caregiving experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Support mobility and transfers
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals
• Perform light housekeeping related to care
• Assist with activities of daily living

Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available
Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly

Requirements

• Ability to lift 25 pounds
