Job summary

Touching Hearts at Home of Charlotte, NC is seeking compassionate caregivers and CNAs to provide in-home care for seniors and adults with disabilities in the Charlotte metro area. You will help clients maintain independence, offer companionship, and support daily living activities.

We offer flexible scheduling with full-time and part-time roles, a supportive team environment, paid training, and opportunities for advancement while delivering meaningful care to families in need.

Qualifications

• CNA license or prior caregiving experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and TB screening.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support mobility and transfers.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals.
• Perform light housekeeping related to care.
• Assist with activities of daily living.

Job description

Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available
Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly
