Job summary

Touching Hearts at Home is hiring compassionate caregivers and CNAs to help seniors and adults with disabilities live safely at home in the Charlotte metro area.

We offer flexible scheduling with both full-time and part-time positions. Join a supportive team that provides consistent client assignments, meaningful one-on-one care, and ongoing training to grow your skills. Qualifications

• CNA license or caregiving experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and TB screening.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Help with mobility and transfers
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals for clients
• Perform light housekeeping related to care
• Assist with daily living activities

Job description

Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available

Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly

We provide in-home care throughout the Charlotte metro area and surrounding counties.
