Job summary

Positive Choice Homecare LLC in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Assistant/CNA to join our in-home care team. You will assist clients with ADLs, mobility, medication reminders, meals, light housekeeping, and provide companionship, while maintaining accurate care logs.

We value patient-centered care, require Nevada CNA/PCA certification or eligibility, background check, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Active Nevada CNA/PCA certification or eligibility
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and ambulation support to clients in the home setting
• Monitor and document client health status, reporting changes to supervising staff
• Administer medication reminders and assist with prescribed care plans
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry duties
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Maintain accurate care logs and documentation in compliance with agency standards

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
