A Better Solution In Home Care - Las Vegas is seeking a Personal Care Attendant (PCA) to support clients in Las Vegas. You'll assist with daily activities, provide companionship, and help with meals and mobility, in a compassionate, patient-focused team environment.

Qualifications include CPR and First Aid certification, valid driver's license, and good communication. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in personal care or a similar role is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing exceptional care.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• CPR and First Aid certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
• Help with meal preparation and nutritional guidance.
• Administer medication reminders and monitor client health conditions.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Document and report any changes in client behavior or health to the supervisor.
• Support clients with mobility and transportation needs.
• Foster a positive and respectful relationship with clients and their families.
