Positive Choice Homecare LLC in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Assistant/CNA to join our growing team. You will provide essential in-home care, assist with ADLs, mobility, medications reminders, meals, and light housekeeping, while offering companionship and support to clients and families.

We value patient-centered care, strong communication, and reliability. Applicable Nevada certification or eligibility is required, with background checks and drug screening completed

Competenze

• Active CNA certification or PCA experience preferred.
• Valid Nevada certification or eligibility to work as a CNA/PCA.
• Experience in home health or related healthcare setting is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.

Mansioni

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and ambulation support to clients in the home setting.
• Monitor and document client health status, reporting changes to supervising staff.
• Administer medication reminders and assist with prescribed care plans.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry duties.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
• Maintain accurate care logs and documentation in compliance with agency standards.
