A Better Solution In Home Care - Las Vegas is seeking a Personal Care Attendant (PCA) to support clients in Las Vegas. We are dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care that enhances the well-being of those we serve.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous experience in personal care or a similar role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
• Help with meal preparation and nutritional guidance.
• Administer medication reminders and monitor client health conditions.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Document and report any changes in client behavior or health to the supervisor.
• Support clients with mobility and transportation needs.
• Foster a positive and respectful relationship with clients and their families.
