Job summary

Brethren Care Village in Ohio is seeking a Personal Care Aide (PCA) to assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, mobility, and dining. The role also involves dementia care, meal service, light housekeeping, and support with transportation and daily routines.

Pay: $15-$18.55 (Based on experience, including shift and weekend differential)

Excellent Staffing Ratio: 1:5

What You'll Do as a Personal Care Aide (PCA):

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and dining)
• Provide compassionate care and support for individuals with dementia
• Prepare and serve meals following food safety guidelines
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and maintain a clean home environment
• Support residents with transportation, errands, and daily routines
• Communicate resident needs and changes with the care team
• Follow safety procedures and assist with basic care tasks under supervision

Requirements for a Personal Care Aide (PCA):

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in caregiving, geriatrics, or related field preferred but not required
• Ability to work onsite and as part of a team
