Job summary

Presbyterian SeniorCare Network is seeking a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) for Sherwood Oaks in Cranberry Township, PA. Shifts include Full-time evenings/nights and Part-time daytime options, with every other weekend. Starting pay ranges from $16.74 to $20.00 per hour, plus up to a $500 sign-on bonus.

As a PCA you will assist residents with daily living activities and support compassionate, person-centered care in a premier Life Plan community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or active registry on PA Nurse Aide registry.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with residents and team members.
• Demonstrate strong teamwork.
• Experience in Senior Living preferred.
• Experience in memory care preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Cranberry Township, PA - Hourly, Non-exempt;Full-time 3 - 11:30 PM, 11 PM - 7:30 AM or Part-time 7 AM - 3:30 PM, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, or11:00 PM – 7:30 AM with every other weekend

Starting Pay: $16.74/hour - $20.00/hour; Depending on experience + up to $500 Sign-On Bonus

The Personal Care Assistant (PCA) provides assistance to residents with activities of daily living (ADLS). Requirements For The Personal Care Assistant (PCA)

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required or active registry status on the Pennsylvania Nurse Aide registry.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to effectively interact with both residents and team members.
• Demonstrate excellent teamwork.
• Experience in Senior Living preferred.
• Experience in memory care (dementia or Alzheimer’s) preferred.
• Proven leadership experience preferred.
