Saber Healthcare Group in Asheville, NC seeks a Personal Care Aide to provide compassionate daily care in an assisted living setting. You will support residents emotionally and socially while attending to their physical needs as outlined in their care plans.

The role requires enrollment in/completion of high school and basic computer skills to navigate electronic health record systems, with full-time shifts available.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a high school program or be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through electronic health record software.

Position Summary

The primary purpose of your job is to provide a safe environment, give emotional and social support, and attend to the resident's physical needs and comfort in an Assisted Living Setting. Performs direct care to the residents as assigned, in accordance with the resident’s care plan, and as directed by your supervisor.

Education/Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a high school program or be a high school graduate or equivalent. Completion of required coursework with demonstration of competency.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including electronic health record software.

Shift & Wage

• Shifts Needed: 7:00a - 7:00p and 7:00p - 7:00a
• Wage: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
