Job summary

Interim HealthCare in Hudson, WI is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant/Caregiver to provide in-home care for seniors. You will assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, light housekeeping, transportation and companionship to help clients live safely at home.

Must have an HHA certificate (75 hr core), CNA license, CPR, and a valid Indiana driver’s license with reliable transportation; six months of healthcare experience preferred.

Qualifications

• HHA certificate showing 75 hr core competencies
• CNA License
• Six (6) months of experience in a healthcare role, preferred
• CPR certification
• Valid IN driver’s license, auto insurance and transportation

Responsibilities

• Provide the personal care and support seniors need to live safely at home
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation and companionship
• Help with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises
• Provide medication reminders, document their condition and notify a supervisor of any concerns
• Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways
• Participate in activities that bring clients joy such as puzzles, games, reading and hobbies
