Job summary

Interim HealthCare in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a caring Home Health Aide/Caregiver to support seniors at home. You’ll provide daily living assistance, mobility support, meals, and companionship in a one-to-one setting.

Qualifications

• CNA License or HHA Certificate.
• Six (6) months of healthcare experience preferred.
• CPR certification.
• Valid FL driver’s license with transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to seniors living at home.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, meals).
• Help with mobility, transfers and range-of-motion exercises.
• Prepare meals, light housekeeping, and transportation as needed.
• Document condition and notify supervisor of concerns; ensure safety.
