Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in banking or customer service preferred.
• Ability to explain accounts and services clearly.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and by phone, delivering Legendary Service.
• Explain accounts and services and assist in selecting products for customer needs.
• Open new personal or business accounts including checking, savings, CDs, IRA, internet banking, ATM/debit, and credit cards.
• Accurately prepare all related documentation.
• Process teller transactions and balance cash drawer accurately and daily.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve problems or discrepancies with customer accounts.
• Follow Bank Secrecy Act and other regulatory requirements in day-to-day operations.
• Support the Retail sales program and participate in training and goal setting.
