Responsibilities

• Present and explain Bank services and products to clients and assist in meeting their financial needs.
• Answer questions and solve problems for clients; collect data and secure answers.
• Assist clients with disputes involving online banking, ATM services or accounts.
• Perform teller duties including deposits, withdrawals, cash handling, and balancing.
