As part of a team, you will greet customers, process deposits and withdrawals, resolve inquiries, and promote bank products while complying with policies and security procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of general cash handling and sales and customer service experience required.
• 1+ year of banking experience, including teller transactions and customer service preferred.
• Ability to demonstrate enthusiasm for providing excellent customer service.
• Basic math proficiency and aptitude.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their needs with courtesy and professionalism.
• Process transactions (deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, money orders) accurately.
• Verify identifications and ensure forms are completed correctly.
• Balance currency, coins, and checks and reconcile with computer data.
• Accept loan payments and handle customer complaints toward resolution.
• Assist with account maintenance and provide guidance on bank products.
• Answer main phone line promptly and provide exceptional service.
• Support daily administrative tasks and facilitate online banking inquiries.
