Job summary

Central Bank in Odessa, MO is seeking a friendly Teller to handle routine transactions, provide excellent customer service, and be the face of the branch. The role involves processing transactions and building relationships with customers to meet their financial needs.

You will balance cash drawers, serve customers at the lobby, drive-thru, or ATM, and refer clients to other banking products while following bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions accurately and timely in a friendly and professional manner.
• Balance assigned cash drawer and research differences where applicable.
• Actively listen to our customers, and communicate in a friendly, positive manner at all times; even in difficult situations.
• Recognize customer needs and cross-sell bank products/services ensuring recommendations are customer centric to meet the needs of the customer.
• Make referrals to other lines of business for traditional and non-traditional products and services.
• Perform teller functions in accordance with established bank policies, procedures and regulations.
