Job summary

Talentify is seeking a customer-focused Teller in Oklahoma City to greet customers, assess needs, and guide them toward the right accounts and services. You will handle cash transactions, process deposits and withdrawals, and maintain accurate records with strict adherence to procedures.

You will also open new accounts, issue debit cards, manage changes of address, and respond to inquiries while upholding loss-prevention guidelines and delivering Legendary Service to every customer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous teller or cash handling experience preferred.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of bank accounts, services, policies and procedures, and regulations preferred.
• Experience with banking software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers as they enter the department or facility.
• Assess customer needs and explain available accounts and services.
• Open new personal or business accounts (checking, savings, CDs, IRA, etc.).
• Accurately prepare related documentation and process transactions.
• Provide timely service on maintenance, research requests, and transfers.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve discrepancies in customer accounts.
• Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and check payments.
• Verify and balance cash drawer daily and assist with cash controls.
• Adhere to risk management guidelines and loss-prevention measures.
